  • Steel roll inspection - carried out after initial stripping, grit blasting and surface protection, to ensure basic soundness
  • Proof grinding - to detect cover blemishes and vulcanising defects
  • Despatch inspection - dimensions and hardness, bearing journals, shipping protection
SRS will match your specific process needs with the correct rubber roller covering, accurately formulated and manufactured under stringent quality control. SRS covers a full range of both standard & exotic polymers including polyurethane, together with grinding, grooving, crowning and polishing to extremely close tolerances.
On Site Service
To maintain quality and service SRS specialists will visit the customer plant and advise on the type of covering and correct procedures for the handling and storage of rollers.
